Need a sub plan? Don't have a projector? No reliable internet connection at school? Why not burn your videos to a DVD?
DVD Flick is a free program for burning DVDs. It is very easy to use, but like any other DVD creation solution the encoding does take time.
I also recommend trying a test DVD to make sure your burned DVD will play in your classroom prior to counting on it for your day's lesson.
